I am a semi-retired professional photographer and graphic illustrator. I am keeping my hand in making images for Tampa Bay Magazine.  I also serve on the board of directors of the Tampa Area Chapter of the Professional Photographers of America.
This page is the result of my inspiration to make my works and services available to the general public at affordable pricing.
I am entering my fifth decade as an image-maker, and as such, I see the world through eyes that have seen a lot.
During the course of my lifetime, I have been a musician, a snow ski instructor, an animal handler, and a motorcycle salesman. Professional photography lured me away from the motorcycle business while in my twenties; and changed what had been a hobby into a profession.
As a photographer, I have been privileged to be active from the days of large format film into and through the digital revolution. I have covered sports, portraiture, weddings, journalism, and commercial photography, creating images for advertising, corporate identity, and editorial use. I even had a stint as a photographer for the Tampa Bay Rays Major League Baseball team.
I ran my photography studio in the northeastern United States for more than 20 years, and after moving to the Tampa area began a teaching career at the International Academy of Design that lasted another 20 years.
In recent years I have been able to concentrate on making images for my own satisfaction. Thankfully, many of these have fared well in print competitions.  Digital technology and the Giclée printer have allowed me the freedom to make images in new and exciting ways.  Some of these images are presented here for your consideration.
I hope you enjoy my work and take some pleasure with them in your life.
All the Best to You,
